Three separate interpretations of the occupation field reported to the FEC. Industry comes from the employer and is not inferred from a person’s title.

Occupation family

Amounts are cached non-memo, reported-record individual-contribution totals, not reconciled or latest-amendment totals. Each tab describes the same records—do not add totals across tabs. Blank raw values are inventoried separately and are not included in this monetary directory.

Party shares use all four recipient-party amounts in each row: Democratic, GOP, Other and Unclassified. They describe recipient alignment, not the political affiliation of contributors or occupation groups. Refunds remain in net amounts; shares are unavailable if a party amount is negative or the total is not positive.
