314 ACTION FUND

This trace prefers recipient-side 15E rows and uses intermediary-side 24T rows when no recipient-side record exists for a route, preventing the same routed contribution from being counted twice. It can be lower than the committee's reported “contributions to other committees” total because the published bulk file applies publication thresholds. The financial summary remains the authoritative reconciliation total.

The operating-expenditure bulk file does not contain every Schedule B category. Raw bulk rows preserve amendments and memo entries. Each FEC record link opens an official search narrowed to the committee, recipient, date, and amount; a reconciled current-amendment ledger is still being built.
